On December 11, 2025, KP Aero Industries signed an agreement to implement a technical workforce development project for the aviation industry in Da Nang, Vietnam. The project is supported by the Inclusive Business Solution (IBS) Program of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

The project will be implemented over a five-year period, with a total budget of KRW 3.5 billion, running from December 17, 2025, to December 16, 2030.

The initiative will be carried out in collaboration with KPC VINA, located in Da Nang, with a focus on establishing a long-term foundation for nurturing highly skilled technical professionals required in the aviation and manufacturing sectors.

In addition, the project aims to build an expandable regional education ecosystem through an industry–academia partnership with Da Nang University of Science and Technology (DUT). This ecosystem will not only support the aviation sector but also extend to precision engineering, manufacturing technology, and other related industries.

To achieve these objectives, DUT will receive phased support, including advanced CNC and milling equipment, specialized software, and hands-on training facilities.

Ultimately, the project seeks to generate tangible outcomes that enhance the competitiveness of the aviation and manufacturing industries and contribute to the development of a sustainable industrial ecosystem in Central Vietnam.
